While operating in RRH as a Seller who has already created one or more entities and has already added two or more mineral inventory items to their account, your next step will be to list your mineral inventory on the market for sale or lease.  In some cases, you may want to create a package listing where you will sell or lease those lands together.

Step 1. Select two or more of your "Not Listed" mineral inventory items. NOTE: When creating a package listing, the mineral inventory must be owned by the same entity.

Step 2.  Select "package" from the red listing bar at the bottom of the screen and select whether you want to list the mineral inventory items on the marketplace to be sold or leased.

Note.  If you are listing multiple mineral inventory items to be leased, you must only select properties that are "open all depths" and not "leased or held by production" or the option to list the package for lease will be removed as you can see from the below examples.

Example: Mix of "Open All Depths and Held By Production" Inventory Items Selected

Example: Only "Open All Depths" Inventory Items Selected

Step 3.  After selecting "Lease or Sell" the next screen will ask you to create a package name. This name will be seen publicly when buyers are looking for packages on the marketplace.  Once you are satisfied with the name you have chosen you should select the "Package" button to complete the process of listing your mineral or lease package on the market.

Step 4.  Now the inventory items you have chosen to lease or sell as a package are on the market for Buyers and Lessees to review and submit offers on.  You will also notice that the listing designation has changed on the cards in your inventory.

Tip: You can view only your package listings at any time by selecting "Package Listings" from the option bar directly above your inventory cards.

Process Complete: - you have now individually listed inventory items for sale or lease on the marketplace.
