We developed a 'chat' feature that is similar to the IOS iMessage feature on an iPhone. This chat feature is available via the offers and transactions screens.
The chat shows the chronological sequence of events, beginning with the original offer from a buyer, and includes all subsequent events, like counteroffers, rejected offers, etc... PLUS, the buyer and seller can communicate back and forth via the chat tool.
